Yes. The $99 Discovery Brief is built exactly for this. You'll know in days whether a custom build is realistic for your finances and timeline. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight.
How is this different from a general contractor?+
We don't build your home, we prepare you to hire someone who will. Think of us as the architect's first cousin: we make the document the builder needs, then we make the introduction. The builder you hire is separate, vetted, and local.
What if I don't own land yet?+
Most of our clients don't. The intake includes lot strategy, what to look for, what to avoid, and how to evaluate a parcel against your spec sheet before you spend a dollar.
How do I afford rent AND a construction loan?+
This is the single most common question, and the reason we exist. The Concierge tier includes a written action plan covering lender type, bridge options, and a realistic 30/60/90 timeline to break ground.
Do you take a cut from the builder?+
Never. We charge you a flat fee. The builder doesn't pay us, doesn't owe us, and doesn't know our price. That's the only way we can stay honest.
