Privacy Policy

When you use the Home Vision discovery experience we collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, email, optional phone number, and the preferences you express across location, lifestyle, program, architecture, interior style, investment range, and inspiration. We also store a privacy-preserving hash of your IP address for abuse prevention and basic page analytics (events such as which step of the discovery you completed).

The main BuilderConcierge.ai experience does not require payment, so we do not collect or store payment card information on the public discovery flow. We do not buy data about you from third parties, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

• To produce your personalized Home Vision Profile.
• To allow a BuilderConcierge advisor to follow up with you about your preferences and possible next steps.
• To improve the discovery experience (aggregate, de-identified analysis only).
• To prevent abuse of the submission form.

Your Home Vision Profile is visible only to BuilderConcierge.ai staff with administrative access. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with builders, lenders, agents, or any other party without your explicit consent. Service providers we rely on to run the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) process information solely on our behalf under contractual confidentiality terms.

We keep Home Vision Profiles for as long as your account-level relationship with us is active, or as required by applicable law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@builderconcierge.ai.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@builderconcierge.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, audit logging of administrative access, and regular security review of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you in accordance with applicable law if a breach affects your data.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and local storage to keep your in-progress Home Vision Profile draft on your device and to power session-based analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

BuilderConcierge.ai is intended for adults considering a custom home and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
