By using BuilderConcierge.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

BuilderConcierge.ai is a discovery and education experience for people considering a custom home. The Home Vision Profile we generate is informational only — it is not architectural advice, engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a construction estimate, and it does not create any client/professional relationship.

• It is not a builder intake form.
• It is not a real estate listing service.
• It is not a construction agreement, design contract, or quote.
• It is not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial product.

You agree that the information you submit is your own and is reasonably accurate. Don't submit information about other people without their permission.

Don't use the site to attempt to break it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure (see our security.txt), upload malicious content, or impersonate someone else.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any specific outcome (property purchase, construction project, or financing) will result from using BuilderConcierge.ai.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuilderConcierge.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

BuilderConcierge.ai owns the platform, brand, and content we publish. You retain ownership of the personal preferences you share with us; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information to generate your Home Vision Profile and provide the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who abuses the service or violates these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page.
