BuilderConcierge AI runs in three stages. Discover is a 10-minute visual experience that captures location, lifestyle, program, and style. Define organizes your answers into a Home Vision Profile and a builder-grade spec sheet with a readiness score. Advance introduces you to vetted local builders, surfaces land opportunities, and supports financing and construction-management conversations.

Stage 1 — Discover

A guided visual flow across 14 steps and 6 chapters: Story, Site, Plan, Exterior, Interior, and Investment. Each step uses real photography and floor-plan schematics so you're reacting to actual options, not adjectives.

Stage 2 — Define

Your answers are organized into a Home Vision Profile and a builder-grade spec sheet covering roof style and material, siding, windows, doors, trim color, driveway and landscape, ceiling treatments, millwork, flooring, kitchen cabinet and counter direction, bath vibe, and fireplace. We also surface readiness flags — land status, financing approach, timeline realism, and regional cost framing.

Stage 3 — Advance

When you're ready, a BuilderConcierge advisor reviews your profile and identifies relevant opportunities: vetted local builders, land that matches your settings, financing structures that fit your situation, and the construction-management cadence that makes sense for the build.
