We charge builders nothing for introductions. We do require evidence of licensing, insurance, financial stability, and referenceable completed work.

Common questions

What do you require from builders?+

Active state license, current general liability and workers' comp, three completed projects in the last 18 months, current trade and bank references, and a sample executed contract for review.

Is there a fee?+

No. We do not charge builders for introductions, listings, or preferred placement. We exist to serve the buyer; we earn from optional buyer-side engagements.
